In the Longhua project of Zhaoqing, our company undertook settlement monitoring of the main body of the building. The main purpose of the project was to observe the settlement of the building by automated monitoring equipment in order to grasp the settlement changes of various parts of the building. By measuring the settlement amount, settlement difference and settlement speed of each structural point at the bottom of the building, we could predict the development trend of settlement and monitor the settlement or excessive differential settlement. Determine whether the use of the building may be endangered, and facilitate the timely adoption of preventive or remedial measures to ensure the safety of the building.
