To solve the technical difficulties and industry pain points faced by high pier construction, in the topic research of “Key Technologies for Construction Alignment Control and Quality Evaluation of Flexible High Piers under the Effect of Solar Temperature”, in which Wisdom Cloud Technology participates this time, on the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research results on the effect of solar temperature, taking flexible high piers as the research object, based on the measured data of solar temperature differences, research and exploration have been carried out on the temperature field, temperature stress, pier body alignment and key technologies for pier body quality evaluation of flexible high piers under the action of solar temperature differences. The research and technical results can be applied to the pier body alignment control during the construction of high pier structures and the pier quality evaluation after construction. It can be applied not only to urban bridges but also to the construction and control of bridge piers outside cities.

The technical application has achieved 100% full coverage of all flexible high piers in the projects where it is located, significantly improving the construction quality and efficiency of piers, saving construction periods, reducing costs, and achieving good social and economic benefits.
